Your morning coffee just got promoted.

Let's be real... most of us aren't giving up our morning coffee. And we shouldn't have to. Coffee is the only reason some of us form complete sentences before 9am.

But here's the problem with coffee alone: it gives you energy on credit. Caffeine blocks your adenosine receptors so you feel alert, but it doesn't actually give your body fuel. Just a borrowed burst that runs out by mid-morning and leaves you foggy, hungry, and reaching for another cup or something sugary to get through to lunch.

The Vanilla Iced Latte Smoothie fixes that. It keeps everything you love about your iced coffee (the ritual, the flavor, the morning moment) and turns it into something that actually sustains you. Real protein. Real energy. Same delicious coffee experience, but with a body behind it.

    What you'll need:

    • 2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Proteini
    • 1 shot espresso (cooled) or ½ cup cold brew
    • 8 oz unsweetened oat milk (or almond milk)
    • ½ frozen banana
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 4–5 ice cubes

    What you'll do:

Add the oat milk and cooled espresso (or cold brew) to your blender. Then the Vegan Vanilla Proteini. Drop in the frozen banana, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice.

Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until thick, creamy, and frothy.

Pour into a tall glass over extra ice if you like it really cold.

    Vegan Vanilla Proteini: The Engine

Two scoops deliver 16g of complete plant protein from 10 organic superfoods like pea, hemp, brown rice, maca, sacha inchi, sprouted chia, sprouted quinoa, and sprouted garbanzo among them.

Here's why this matters for your morning energy: protein is the slowest macronutrient to digest. While caffeine gives you a quick spike of alertness, protein provides a steady, sustained release of amino acids that your body uses for actual energy production at the cellular level. When you combine the two, you get the immediate alertness from the coffee AND the long-burning fuel from the protein.

This is why you won't crash at 10am. The caffeine wakes you up. The protein keeps you up.

The Proteini also includes activated prebiotic fiber that feeds the good bacteria in your gut — so you're supporting digestion at the same time. And the vanilla flavor is what makes this smoothie taste like a real latte, not a protein shake that's trying to be one. Naturally sweetened with monk fruit — no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no chalky aftertaste.
