    The Coconut Cloud is rich, creamy, tropical, and absurdly satisfying... the kind of smoothie that makes you close your eyes on the first sip because something this good requires a moment. It's also quietly doing serious gut work behind all that deliciousness.

    One scoop of Pineapple Chia Cleanse, plus a few whole-food ingredients you can grab anywhere. Two minutes in a blender. And a bloat-free tomorrow.

    What you'll need:

    • 1 scoop Pineapple Chia Cleanse
    • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk (from the can — this is non-negotiable for that luxurious creaminess)
    • ½ cup coconut water
    • ½ frozen banana
    • ½ cup frozen peach slices
    • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
    • Small squeeze of fresh lime juice
    • 4–5 ice cubes

    What you'll do:

    Add the coconut milk and coconut water to your blender first. Then the Pineapple Chia Cleanse. Drop in the frozen banana, frozen peach slices, coconut flakes, lime juice, and ice.

    Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until impossibly smooth and thick.

    Pour into your favorite glass. Top with a few extra coconut flakes if you're feeling fancy. (You should always feel fancy.)

    It'll turn this beautiful pale golden-peach color that looks like liquid sunshine.
